The accommodation consists of three 34 m² studio apartments, each designed for up to two people. A kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, kettle and cooking equipment is paired with a dining area, so you can prepare and eat meals in the apartment. Each studio has one extra-large double bed and includes towels, toiletries and a hairdryer.

This extra space distinguishes that option; it retains the same floor area, sea-view balcony and kitchen arrangement. Each apartment is arranged for independent stays, with a kitchen, refrigerator, oven, stovetop, toaster, kettle and kitchenware, plus a dining area and desk. Sairee is the island’s liveliest stretch, while its northern end is quieter than the southern nightlife strip.

Koh Tao has no airport, so visitors arrive by boat at Mae Haad pier. Lomprayah Koh Tao Pier is 2.3 km from the apartments, and taxis can take you from the pier to Sairee. Mae Haad and Sairee are also connected by a flat brick path along the shore, a 15-minute walk. If you are driving, free private parking is available on site and does not require a reservation. Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00, and you need to tell the property your arrival time in advance.

Sairee’s dive schools make it a convenient starting point for boat trips and scuba diving around Koh Tao’s reefs. Top Point, 1.2 km away, gives you a viewpoint over the island, while Koh Nang Yuan Beach is 1.7 km away. The nearby island is reached by long-tail boat, and its sandbars join three small islets. The west and south coasts are generally the calmer side from November to March; whale sharks are most often seen around Koh Tao from March to May and September to October.
